We currently support email and webform submissions. Because we are a very small team, we do not support live channels such as phone & chat!
Our customer service representative will generally reply to inquiries during workdays, not over the weekend. Sometimes we may not reply for a couple of business days.

We do ask that, if you reach out to support, you treat us with respect. We believe that customer support is just as much about a customer's behavior as it is about the agent's behavior. We reserve the right to not correspond with people being disrespectful. We also reserve the right to not sell our products to someone who behaves poorly - we do not want those individuals representing our brand nor do we want their money.
